Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Western Crest are aftermarket replacement parts and are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products.
OEM numbers, vehicle manufacturer names, model names, trademarks, part numbers, and reference numbers may be used solely for product identification, compatibility, cross-reference, and informational purposes.
Western Crest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the vehicle manufacturers or OEM brands referenced on the website unless expressly stated otherwise.
All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Product Compatibility and Fitment
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before placing an order.
Compatibility should be checked using all available information, including OEM or reference numbers, vehicle make and model, production year, engine type and engine code, dimensions, connection points, photographs, and technical specifications.
The same vehicle model may use different components depending on production date, engine configuration, equipment level, or destination market. Vehicle make and model alone may therefore not always be sufficient to confirm compatibility.

Western Crest will make reasonable efforts to assist with compatibility verification based on the information provided by the customer.
4. Product Information
Western Crest makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, OEM references, prices, and availability are accurate.
Minor differences in appearance, surface finish, manufacturing details, packaging, or other non-functional characteristics may occur where they do not materially affect product fitment or intended function.
If a material error is identified in a product listing or order, Western Crest may contact the customer before fulfillment to clarify or correct the order.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee fulfillment.
Orders may be reviewed before shipment for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, compatibility concerns, payment verification, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted and any applicable payment will be handled according to the relevant payment provider procedures and applicable law.
6. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
The final amount payable will be shown before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment processing is handled in accordance with the Merchant of Record arrangement described in the Western Bid disclaimer above and through the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, local delivery services, or circumstances outside Western Crest’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
8. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and VAT
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Western Crest does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee the amount of any import-related charges or customs processing time.
9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, damaged products, defective products, refunds, return shipping, and applicable statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the Western Crest Refund Policy.
Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
10. Lifetime Limited Warranty
Western Crest provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for products for which the Lifetime Limited Warranty is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
The warranty applies for the lifetime of the product while the product remains owned by the original retail purchaser.
Proof of purchase may be required for a warranty claim.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, misuse or abuse, accidents or collisions, modification, cutting, welding, painting, unauthorized repair, incorrect vehicle compatibility, exposure to incompatible chemicals or fluids, motorsport or racing use, external mechanical damage, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Western Crest may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, an equivalent replacement product, or another remedy required under applicable law.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty is provided in addition to mandatory statutory consumer rights and does not replace, restrict, or limit those rights.
11. Installation
Automotive parts and components should be installed correctly and, where appropriate, by a qualified automotive technician.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation is performed using appropriate technical procedures, tools, and safety practices.
Western Crest is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper tools, modification of the product, incompatible vehicle components, improper maintenance, or use outside the intended application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Western Crest is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, incorrect compatibility selection, or use of a product outside its intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
13. Intellectual Property
The Western Crest name, website content, photographs, graphics, text, design elements, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Vehicle manufacturer names, trademarks, OEM numbers, part numbers, and other third-party identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
Such third-party identifiers are used solely for identification, compatibility, cross-reference, and informational purposes unless otherwise stated.
14. Website Use
Customers may use the Western Crest website for lawful shopping and informational purposes.
Users must not attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts, interfere with website security, submit fraudulent information, misuse payment systems, deliberately disrupt website operation, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
15. Changes to These Terms
Western Crest may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to business operations, services, store policies, legal requirements, payment arrangements, shipping practices, or warranty procedures.
The version of the Terms published on the website at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.
