Refund policy

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

For eligible non-customized products, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

For standard returns outside any mandatory statutory withdrawal rights, items should be returned unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition with all original components, accessories, labels, documentation, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Items that have been installed, modified, welded, cut, painted, damaged, contaminated with fluids or grease, or otherwise materially used may not qualify for a standard voluntary return.

These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located in the European Union who purchase online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Customers exercising this statutory right are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless applicable law requires otherwise or Western Crest agrees to cover the cost.

Customers may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Western Crest may apply a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law if the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.

Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Return Authorization

Before returning an item, please contact:

support@western-crest.com

Please provide your order number, product name or part number, reason for the return, and clear photographs where relevant.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the product so that we can provide the correct return address and processing instructions.

Vehicle Compatibility

Customers should carefully verify compatibility before ordering, including OEM or reference numbers, vehicle make and model, year, engine specifications, dimensions, connection points, and other fitment information shown on the product page.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact us before ordering at support@western-crest.com.

Incorrectly ordered products may be subject to our standard return conditions. Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. For shipping-related damage, we recommend contacting us within 7 calendar days so that we can investigate the carrier claim promptly.

This requested notification period does not limit any statutory rights or legal guarantees available to the customer.

Please provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the affected area where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, return, partial refund, or full refund.

Return Shipping

For voluntary returns resulting from change of mind, incorrect compatibility selection, or other customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Western Crest will provide an appropriate remedy and will cover return shipping where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank, card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

For voluntary returns caused by customer error or change of mind, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, return shipping charges, and similar third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For consumers exercising a statutory EU right of withdrawal, Western Crest will refund amounts required by applicable law, including any standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Additional delivery costs resulting from a customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable.

Customs Charges and Refused Deliveries

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges unless they are expressly stated as prepaid at checkout.

Refusing delivery or failing to pay applicable import charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

Where permitted by law, reasonable costs resulting from refused delivery, unpaid customs charges, return transportation, storage, handling, abandonment, or destruction may be deducted from a refund.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Non-Returnable Products

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the following may be excluded from voluntary returns:

customized or clearly personalized products; products materially used, installed, modified, cut, welded, painted, or altered; products damaged through misuse or improper installation; products missing substantial components; and products marked as final sale where such exclusion is legally permitted.

Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact support@western-crest.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before fulfillment or shipment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will apply.

Lifetime Limited Warranty and Statutory Rights

Western Crest provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for products for which a Lifetime Limited Warranty is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

The warranty applies for the lifetime of the product while it remains owned by the original retail purchaser and is subject to the conditions and exclusions described below. Proof of purchase may be required for a warranty claim.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, collision, modification, cutting, welding, painting, unauthorized repair, incorrect vehicle compatibility, exposure to incompatible chemicals or fluids, external mechanical damage, or other damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

Products used in motorsport, racing, competition, or other applications outside their normal intended use may be excluded from warranty coverage to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@western-crest.com and provide your order number or other proof of purchase, the product or part number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Where a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, Western Crest may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, repair the product, provide a replacement product, provide an equivalent product if the original product is no longer available, or provide another appropriate remedy.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty is a commercial warranty provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict, or limit, any mandatory statutory rights or legal guarantees available to consumers under applicable law.

Where EU consumer law applies, consumers may have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the sales contract. Such statutory rights remain unaffected by the Western Crest Lifetime Limited Warranty.
